NLKi (the Dutch Cable Institute) is an association founded by and for companies that are directly or indirectly involved in the production, sale, installation and knowledge transfer of electricity cable.
Our goal is mainly based on knowledge transfer and supporting all parties involved in cables. This includes giving master classes on cable standards, the application of different cable types and new developments.
The NLKi is a member of a number of standardization and knowledge organization working groups with the aim of testing legal requirements and being constantly informed of the developments of guidelines and decision-making regarding these guidelines.
The aim of the NLKi is also to properly transfer knowledge and provide support to parties involved in the production, installation and trading activities of electricity cable.
Follow the steps of this tool so you can easily calculate the desired fire rating (CPR) of a cable.
The knowledge transfer and support takes place, among other things, by giving master classes on cable standards, the applicability of various types of electricity cable and providing information about new developments (technical, social, legislative) in the field of electricity cable.
