Successful joint Cable Congress 2023 FEDET & NLKi

On November 21, 2023, Fedet and NLKi organized a conference in the field of cables together for the first time. Under the guise of 'together we are stronger', discussions were held about developments that will face us in the coming years. Both European and national legislation in the field of sustainability and circularity will occupy a prominent place on our agenda in the coming years.

Reason enough to talk about it together. The Green Village in Delft was chosen as the location. During the conference, participants gained a better insight into the future of circularity in the cable industry. What will it mean for the parties in the chain? How will a product passport and a company's carbon footprint be weighed in a tender? What is the role of Europe and what does the Dutch government do?

All in all, a successful meeting where more clarity was provided about the coming period, but where everyone also left with new questions.
